Indrajit Khambe

I am 1981 born and raised in Sindhudurg. I have spent my whole life here. Every day, I feel so grateful for this beautiful landscape and the wonderful people of this land which is the biggest source of inspiration for me.

As a child, I tried my hand at painting. Later on, I became fascinated by agriculture—I always loved watching how a tiny seed grows into something much bigger and gives back to us. I experienced that exact same feeling over last few years after buying my first camera in 2012. It felt like I have planted a seed of photography inside myself, and I’ve been nurturing it ever since. This entire journey has been a process of self-discovery, allowing me to understand myself better through the medium of art and photography.
